We ship Mondays and Wednesdays. Order by Sunday night and it ships Monday; order by Tuesday night and it ships Wednesday. Ground transit runs 2–5 business days.

Gift Questions.

When will it arrive?

We ship Mondays and Wednesdays. For Christmas, order by Sun, Dec 13 (ships Mon, Dec 14), or by Tue, Dec 15 at 11:59 PM ET as a last call (ships Wed, Dec 16). Ground transit runs 2–5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii: order by Sun, Dec 6. All order-by dates.

Does it need refrigeration?

No. Everything is shelf-stable until it’s opened.

Can I add a note and hide the prices?

Yes, free. In the cart, add a gift note and tick “This is a gift: hide prices.” Your note prints on the packing slip and the prices don’t.

Can I send gifts to several people?

For 10 or more addresses, use the corporate gift form and we’ll handle it as one order. For fewer, place one order per address.

Does a Tonka Club gift renew?

No. You pay once, for one month or three. Nothing renews and there’s nothing to cancel.

Which flavors are in stock?

All six, while they last. Flavors can sell out over the holidays, and the shop only sells what’s on the shelf.

What if they don’t love it?

The Eat the Box guarantee covers gifts too. Email orders@ssacresbison.com within 30 days of delivery with the order number and we’ll make it right: refund or replacement, your call.
