The Tonka Bison Jerky line is shelf-stable and available now, alongside merch (apparel, hats, drinkware) and byproducts (skulls, hides, mounts, dog chews) on our Shopify storefront. Raw frozen cuts are a separate, contact-only conversation — we don't ship them.

We're away Friday, Aug 21 through Sunday, Aug 30. The store stays open the whole time — orders placed after Thursday, Aug 20 ship Monday, Aug 31, the day we're back on the schedule. Everything here is shelf-stable, so it keeps just fine.
